Sara Auriemma

S. Auriemma obtained a degree in Agricultural, Environmental and Food Sciences from the Free University of Bolzano-Bozen (Unibz) in 2024, during which she participated in the Erasmus Program at Hochschule Geisenheim University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Biotechnology for the Bioeconomy at the University of Milan. She is presently carrying out her master’s internship at the Institute of Catalysis (CSIC) under the supervision of Prof. Manuel Ferrer. Her research experience began with a postgraduate internship at the Free University of Bolzano in the group led by Dr. Lorenzo Brusetti, where she investigated the effects of a wood-derived mulching material on the diversity and activity of tomato plant rhizobacteria.
